Thanks for the spectacular clean of the very old and jaded carpets in my rental. I had them professionally cleaned when I first moved in a year ago but that clean was no where near as good as yours. 🙂

By far the best quote, after contacting a number of different businesses. This certainly didn't reflect in the quality of the work done though. I'd been about to replace a large section of carpeting at my wife's behest, but after Complete Carpet & Tile Restoration had worked their magic, we decided it was unnecessary. I have tried other carpet cleaners but was unhappy with the results. Andy however cleaned my carpets thoroughly, removing all traces of staining from my teenage children and pets. ★★★★★ We recently had Andy clean our carpets and he did an amazing job. We hadn't had the carpet cleaned for 3 years so naturally it had a few stains and what not. My biggest concern was a milk spill that smelled really bad and an old banana stain. The old banana stain came out easily and he eventually got rid of the milk smell (it took some extra work because he didn't realize how big the spill was).

Andy is very passionate about his work and extremely knowledgeable. I've recently used another carpet cleaner due to an interstate move and it shocked me how defeatist his attitude was "these stains can't be removed, this carpets too old, etc". You'll never hear that from [Name removed] (or maybe you will but I didn't haha).Andy has the best cleaning equipment, not your standard supermarket hire trash that other carpet cleaners use and is constantly looking for new gadgets that will help him restore carpet efficiently. We are in the process of getting our house ready to sell, and after 8 years of abuse from 2 dogs and a pre-schooler Andy came out to clean the carpets with amazing results! He knew exactly how to tackle the worst stains, getting all of them out, and brought back color to a sun-faded lounge room. Have already re-booked Andy to clean the upholstery, cannot recommend Complete Carpet & Tile Restoration enough.
